Need menu bar like attached image

HI
I am very very new to kodi. I installed kodi 17.1 on my laptop. win10 64bit.
I would like to have a horizontal menu bar like the image below I.E.

which shows videos – music – programs – system. with underneath
Settings-File manager- profiles- system info
can any tell me where to get this addon. thanks.
