I have the feeling that the picture jumps frames.

I have media console with this app on Android. Movies, on the standard built-in player of this console are reproduced normally. But in KODI all files are played back with jumps.I have the feeling that the picture jumps frames. Tried all settings in Kodi does not help. What might be the problem?
