Kodi 17.3 crash windows 10 after few seconds after start up screen.

this is my error from kodi.log
kodi 17.1 same thing.
Kodi has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a soluitioon is
available.
There is many people on line asking for the same problem.
Please help. Can’t use Kodi any more
I have re
installed Windows 10 from Microsoft side file after some bad virus, it’s not Win 7 upgrade like it was before
and Kodi was working fine.
