buffering problems

Why are we having so many problems with the buffering in the channels? I mean, this product Krypton, have been out in the market for at least 8 months now, Stalker Middleware, which by the way, we have to pay 100 hundred dollars to have a donation number, is doing a poor job. And I mean POOR, because I don’t want to use an offending word… But the prodct that Stalker Middlerware is putting out in the market is PURE CRAP… buffering problems, channels disappearing from the viewing list, NO GUIDE, audio problems, you name it, THEY HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT… if a multimillion product, IS NOT READY TO BE PUT IN THE MARKET, DONT PUT IT IN THE MARKET. I for once, don’t pay 100 for a hobby, I USE STALKER MIDDLEWARE, to WATCH TV… if you can solve the many problems you have right now… GET OFF THE MARKET, LET SOMEONE ELSE DO THE JOB you cant do…
