Using latest nightly build (10/8) I still get horrible video stutter when DXVA2 HW acceleration AND adjust refresh rate on start/stop are both on. If I turn either off or if I use full screen window mode with both on video is fine. The stutter is present in all video (blue ray rips, live tv, streams). I’ve had this issue in all 17.0 builds.
I also have a separate issue with live TV and only getting PCM audio. I use onboard RealTek optical to an Onkyo (no hdmi) receiver. I have WASAPI optical and passthrough set in Kodi. I have Dolby and DTS checked. Video files work as they should and send Dolby or DTS audio to the receiver. Live TV just sends PCM.If I use NextPVR or VLC the audio passthrough works (Dolby). I do not have sync to display on. This has only been an issue in Krypton builds.
