Kodi foundation error/crashing

hi all I’m a novice, but will try my best to give all the info requested in the stickied thread. I am running a Lenovo windows 10 pro, I want to say 64 bit but I am not sure, with a intel core i3. I am using krypton 17.3 I believe, and I have been running it fine since I got this laptop a couple weeks ago, I have had no issues until the other night, I opened kodi with no problem and went to open my add ons and kodi had crashed, when I re opened kodi my add on was completely gone from my add ons list, my other add ons still worked fine, now it seems as the problem has only got worse and it seems to crash when I try to install or update anything from repo or zip. I have uninstalled and installed, both from the windows store and the actual kodi website, I don’t believe my computer or kodi has downloaded any updates that may messed anything up, I had read about debug logs, but I am unsure where to find them, I really appreciate any help one can give, and if more info is required ill try my best to give it, thanks a lot.
