Server links

Hi if details are posted in threads for server links for IPTV are these details the user name and password, can anyone use them for free or do you have to pay or be a card share member i am new to the site and new to iptv i ahve asked questions over 4 or 5 days and not had a single reply, please if anyone can help me with advice i would appreciate it thank you.
