Cast not available

Kodi says “Cast not available” for new entries of my movie library. I store movies locally and I use Kodi to get information from TMDB. It worked before but now Kodi won’t download cast and it gives me this message.

I am using Kodi 17.3. Why is this happening? Is there any way to fix this?
