clean install

Ok, so ive tried fresh start. Ive tried uninstalling, then wipeing all backups from the hard drive, then reinstalling. Nothing when I download fresh copy from the web and open it it still says its importing the animal Kodi build I had from Jarvis. Can anyone help me please? I’m not new to this Ive been using Kodi since like xbmc version 9. something or other ive never had problems like this before.
