Sound problem, Sony tv, Leelbox android box

Hi,
I can’t get the sound to work on my Leelbox Q1 android box. It had been working fine and then today I had no sound. I’ve had this box less than a week and at first we had no sound and found that it had to be set to Default Sound #2, I have no idea why there’d be two default sound settings. It came with Default Sound #1 set and we moved it to #2 and it was fine. Now it’s back to #1 and I can highlight #2 but when I hit OK it will not switch to that one. Any idea how to get it to stay on Default Sound #2? We have not messed with any wiring.

I wonder if this box is defective as it doesnt seem to work properly for any amount of time. Got it off amazon.ca and am considering sending it back and getting another brand.
