Dependencies Not Met

I just installed 17.3 on a Firestick and I am getting the Dependencies Not Met error when trying to install an add on. I’ve seen a lot of talk about it but the few fixes I’ve found haven’t worked. The first time I installed I was getting the constant shutting down after 15 seconds error and I reinstalled and it was fixed. Is there an official fix somewhere for this or should I downgrade to 17.2?
