2 nfo files in each movie folder?

In some movie folders (each contains a single movie) I have 2 nfo fies, e.g.:
Dr. Jekyll und Mr. Hyde (1931).nfo
and
movie.nfo

Should I remove all movie.nfo files? Only keep one of them? Or can I keep both of them?
