Could the Video Super Resolution toggle be mapped to a key/remote input?

The new support for nVidia’s DXVA Video Super Resolution is pretty great, though it works on some content better than other.  Rather than going through menus to toggle it off, would there be some way to map it to a keyboard or remote short cut to toggle it from one button?
