I love this vlc iOS because it sets the manufacturer of ipads straight and in good order.
There was a time when vlc on my ipad worked without a single error. I wished i could now find the version I ran. I updated and ever since the same problem.
VLC will play a few songs, on the ipad, and the stops. It matters not if its from a playlist or album. By stop, one could imagine the application crashed. There it will be, unresponsive; no sound, no response to touch, nothing. I will press the ‘home’ button repeatedly sometimes, and sometimes, just once. Then the application will close, and comes back up with the bright organe screen and logo. Then it may play and will not crash, or play a song or two, and the same happens. Sometimes it plays on and on and on, no problems at all.
I’m running the latest version; 3.0.18.298-gfa48bfaa11. It was installed via the apple store. it’s the ONLY application on the ipad that is not native to ios.
The ios version is: 10.3.3. this is an iPad 4 32GB with wifi
