SFTP/SSH

I’d like support for sftp/ssh, as the abandonware sftp add-on is not useful. It doesn’t honor cache/buffering settings, so it cannot play 4K streams over a random internet connection (if I’m on LAN I’ll probably use SMB/NFS).
