Hi Lotesdelere,
I made a mistake, I plugged in my new USB 3.0 Blu-Ray Disc Writer into an USB 2.0 port, that’s why my VLC player is not working properly but after I plugged it into a USB 3.2 port, it’s working properly now.
So Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Case Closed.
