For the past few days, I’ve noticed that when I open VLC by clicking on a song or video, the volume decreases drastically. Sometimes it drops to 40% or even to 0%. This issue doesn’t only occur when initially launching VLC; it also happens when I click on a song or video that’s already in the playlist. For example, I could have VLC open, listening to songs, and then decide to click on another song, only to have the volume decrease. Additionally, I’ve observed that when one song ends and the next one begins, the volume drops as well, although this doesn’t happen every single time.
How can I fix this?
