Thank you for your reply. I uninstalled the 32 bit version and reinstalled the 64 bit version. Same problem, white video with flickering black threads.
Actually the audio is very clear so I didn’t change any audio settings.
I tried all the different Video output settings and none of them work for these DVD RW VOB files. VLC can play a “Normal” DVD; but it can’t play these files from a DVD RW.
Media player Classic and Windows media player can play the VOB files just fine. However VLC can’t play them.
