Looks like VLC doesn’t want to load your subtitles file for some reason. And same goes for MPV.Code:

That’s very strange, both my VLC and MPV can load the subtitles. The only problem is that they have trouble rendering all the effects, as I mentioned. Just to be sure, I uploaded the file itself instead of copying and pasting it in a pastebin website. Download this one and try it instead.
