Go to Interface settings -> regional -> language -> Czech. Says “installing” for short second but language stays the same, nothing changes.
Go to Addons -> Get more -> Install from repository -> Program addons -> Kodi Log Updater -> Install -> nothing happens
Go to Addons -> Get more -> Install from repository -> Subtitles -> OpenSubtitles.org -> Install -> nothing happens
Go to Addons -> Get more -> -“- -> Weather -> Open Weather Map Extended -> Install -> “Failed to install a dependency”
-“- -> -“- -> Install from ZIP file -> C: blahblah/downloads/repositoryCZ&SK.zip -> double click -> nothing happens
Simply said, anything I try to install in Kodi, be it new language, addon or repository (haven’t tried more, I’m not advanced, so I don’t want to mess with something I don’t understand what it does) the program either does “nothing” – no error message or anything, just sort of refreshes the list – or says it “failed to install a dependency”. Videos on my drive play fine, music on my drive plays fine, everything else works fine, except this. I tried search forums and google and all I got was this problem with some addons. Usual advice to repair the problem contained installing from a zip file or using adding a new source repository. That doesn’t work for me either, since I cannot install from anywhere.

I don’t know if this has any relevance, but debug logging in kodi GUI shows path C:/Users/blahblah/AppData/Roaming/Kodi but the actual location of the log file is blahblah /AppData/Local/Packages/XBMCfoundation…../…/… you get the idea
