Trying to access network share on Shield TV

Hello,
I am trying to configure Kodi to access a network share on Shield TV.

I’m assuming that Android is the applicable support forum.

According to sticky I should be going into Setting / Services / SMB Client and configuring SMB Protocol version etc.

However on my system in Settings / Services, I only have

General
Control
UPnP / DLNA
AirPlay
Weather

Should I be using Android as a guide?
