Intermittent freezing on latest Amazon Fire Stick 4k Max and Cube 3 with v21

Hi.

I’ve been trying out v21 on the latest 2023 4K Max Stick and 3rd generation cube. On both devices I am seeing intermittent freezing of playback across a range of 4K files. Playback will freeze for anywhere from 2-8 seconds then resume on its own. I believe the commonality is 5.1 EAC3 audio but I am not sure. The Cube has the recommended <superviseaudiodelay>true</superviseaudiodelay> advanced settings. Advanced settings on the stick remain untouched. Both devices are wired on USB ethernet.

The above log has dropouts starting around 12:38 and then about every minute for the next 20 minutes. From this log and others I’ve looked out, I think the freezing corresponds with entries like this:

Have I missed a required setting for these devices, is it a defect, or is it just Amazon junk doing Amazon junk things and I should find a better device?
