Koci v21 General Videos now attempt to opn the information panel?

For my library I use the action of open info panel for media. Prior to upgrading to V21 this worked great as movies/TV shows opened the infor screen and gave options to play, see extras, more info etc. while general video folders, not folders added to the library with set content or linked through SMB connections, would just default play the video. Now Kodi is trying to open an information screen on those general videos and won’t allow easy playback unless you use the Play button to bypass the info screen attempt. What changed? And how can I revert to the prior process? I do not want my default action for scraped media to be play.
