As long as the rotation filter is enabled it will apply to all videos. Just turn it off.
Good day, what rotation filter do you mean? I don’t see that option.
Also, if I understand what that is, for the video I wanted to correct, I didn’t want to just apply a filter. I want to actually correct it, so that it opens right way up not just in VLC player, but any other program such as Windows Media Player or Vegas Pro.
