Hi folks,
I know this has been discussed before and I did alot of reading but none of the fixes have worked for me. I have Kodi set to ‘Update Library on Startup’. When I add a new movie to my ‘movies’ folder on the NAS and start Kodi, I see a pop-up momentarily saying something like “Updating movies using…” but the movie is not added to my library. If I go into the library/movies category and do a manual update it is not added either. I know it is not an issue with the filename because I can go to the file location and manually “scan to library” and it is scraped properly and then appears in the library.
I have tried:
Delete all my sources and recreated, making sure I use SMB://
Make sure that “use video tags” was not set to true
Tried Universal Movie Scraper, The Movie Database and TMDB Movies (all latest versions and set to not use IMDB)
Did a fresh install of Kodi with no additional addons and completely rescanned library; thankfully I don’t have alot of content
TV shows scrape fine, both on startup and manually.
Here is the link to my log file.
If there is anything else I can do, please let me know. I appreciate any help you all can give.
Thanks,
Ken
