Does PlexKodiConnect work on Omega V21?

My Shield auto updated to Kodi V21 Omega and now Plex Kodi Connect does not connect. A message pops up that says PKC is not compatible with this version, check the Plex forums. I see nothing on the forums.

Can Omega v21 connect via PKC?
