VLC media player (at the least, desktop OS version) should have stereoscopy function for the SDH (Subtitles for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing) and subtitles for the playback of 3D video/movie file, under “subtitles” tab rundown and also under “stream / convert” tab for streaming from the desktop or laptop. In various functions such as side-by-side (SBS), half and full version, and over-under (OU) (meaning top and bottom) for the caption track to be readable in 3D in conjunction with the 3D video playback.
Playing a SDH file on a 3D movie playback on VLC media player connected to a 3D TV via hdmi, in full screen, is unwatchable due to the error of the SDH track that looks disparate and weird SBS on my end. Hence my request.
