Hi, I was running into trouble trying to manage different versions of a movie, and now these video files won’t scan to my library. I’ve run the Clean Library command, Update Library, and I’ve tried manually adding them via the Scan to Library command, and they still won’t add.
There are multiple video files that won’t scan, and all of them are versions of videos I was trying to add so I assume the problem with this specific file is what’s affecting the others.
Here is a log that captures the time I used the Scan to Library command. Could someone please interpret what’s going on and how I can fix it? Thanks.
