Information button for Sets in context menu

The information button for Sets displays in the context menu for v21, but not in v19 or 20. Is there a way to add a button to those versions of Kodi? I’ve tried using “ActivateWindow(movieinformation)” with onclick, but that displays only a portion of the set info.
