I can play the same file with audio on MPC-HC. It is an Mkv file with AV1 codec and Opus (@256 kbps VBR, 48000Hz , 5.1).
On Vlc, video plays fine but there is no sound. On statistics tab it shows decoded block numbers but played number is 0.
On Windows 11 23H2, latest VLC version.
