Nvidia shield

My Shield is loaded with nexus, 
​​​​​​I can’t find the way to add networks to the favourites folder, not a problem with movies or tv series just the networks.I also have a working raspberry pi loaded with the same kodi ver which doesn’t have this problem. The Shield is Android whereas the Pi is Linux could this be the problem?
