I was recently looking for a way to convert a youtube music video to an mp3 file to just play the audio as I would like to use Synology’s Audio station to play the songs. I downloaded the latest VLC. I went under Media>convert and save. Chose the mp4 file and then chose save. then I chose audio mp3 and under Destination I chose desktop. However, after the conversion it still say mp4 but when I play it in VLC the video portion is gone. Can anyone guide me as I have roughly 700 videos I’d like to make into MP3. TIA
