iplayer www crashing kodi on attempting to play anything

Kodi 21.0 on Windows 11 Pro. Located in UK. No VPN.

iplayer add on working mormally until about 4 days ago. Then started to crash on attemtpting to play anything off iplayer – initial spinning doughnut as if starting and then kodi crashes and closes completely. On another machine configures very similiarly, iplayer add  on running on kodi works normally.

Attempted repairs so far, all failed:

Remove and reinstall iplayer www
Remove and reinstall kodi
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Repair reinstallation of windows
Restoration of week old disk image**

**This one is particularly odd as it a restoration back to a time when everything was working and it failed before any updates had been applied.

The last part of the kodi log is:-
