ffmpeg 7.0

I understand that ffmpeg 6.1 did not quite make Omega.  That is a shame because 6.1 contained support for Atmos and DTS:X.  It would be helpful to see ffmpeg 7.0 (now current) support appear in Kodi 22 Piers.
