LibreElec and Kodi extensions

Hi,

I’m new on Raspberry.
I installed LibreElec, and I want to  install a skin from a zip file (Aeon MQ9).

But It seems that LibreElec OS is “only Kodi” ? I mean, how can I download a zip file and install it ?
