Hi,
have an old chromebook – put the new VLC on it (the one with the new orange banner along the top with NO menus at all)
can’t get it to see a mounted file share on the chromebook …………….
while working on that and the menu system being pure crap – I could NOT find the new VLC nag option to un-do the “let us see your entire machine scan for media thing”
it was or is that one huge nag you get when you first install it – and if you say no all you can do is pick a file.
I un-installed VLC because I could not turn that scan option off —— I reinstalled it and NOW I have no freaken audio from the player …….
Any guesses or suggestions folks?
