Greetings!
First, thx to Admins for allowing me to join. My main pc crashed this morning and awaiting repair. Still had an older backup pc but had wiped most data from it.
So, just now I was reinstalling VLC and went to disable recents the usual way (pref/ unclick save recents, and task bar) But I now notice that all I have to do
is click Media/Open file (or /Open Folder) and there is my most recent file location! Not my idea of clearing History! I have tried multi times closing, restarting,
even rebooting – nope. Nothing will clear it. Also, it only remembers another folder I select if it has a readable media file already in it. Any thoughts?
