No HDMI audio with no name TV

Hi there. I’m coming from Bullseye where my Kodi is working, now I tried a clean installation of Bookworm (Raspberry Pi OS Lite 64 bit) and installed Kodi21.
I have 2 Raspberry Pi 4, one of them is working with a “modern” TV, the second TV (no name product) has no audio. With vanilla settings, there is no HDMI audio device within Kodi, with

in config.txt I can at least see the HMDI interface but still no audio.
I know that this particular TV had issues with Bullseye, I needed

Nay ideas how to proceed, more than happy to share logs if necessary?
