TV Show missing season 1 files and season 2 reading as season 1 for some reason

I couldn’t find anyone else in the forum with my particular issue at least and this is just one more in a long list of problems I’ve had up to this point. So I have a tv show with two seasons. Kodi simply cannot see the first season files at all, I can’t even see them in the browser BUT I know for a fact they’re on there and named appropriately. Currently all my files are .mkv and named like this:
S01E01.mkv
S01E02.mkv

S02E01.mkv
etc

My library folders are all on an external drive and look something like:
Videos
->TV Shows (Source)
->->Show 1
->->Show 2

Additionally to simply not being able to find the files, it’s also listing Season 2 episodes which it can find for some reason as season 1 episodes which is especially confusing. I swear they’re all named appropriately!!!!
I’ve tried reinstalling Kodi several times now. Which has only brought me more pain up until now XD. Sometimes the source folder is listed as a random show for some reason, sometimes shows just disappear altogether, sometimes they become empty folders and never populate with anything. This is the best I’ve gotten so far all with the exact same steps each time. Is the app this inconsistent for anybody else?

If anybody has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it!
