I have read a number of threads going back years on this problem. All the shows with no episodes show up with 0/0 at the bottom. One thread mentioned there was a toggle to enable to hide them till a show comes back for the new season. But there is no reference to what its called or where it might be. I have looked thru each setting including many places I wouldn’t think it should be, just in case it is. I think they may have been mistaken.
I have no idea why Kodi would show the posters of shows without any episodes on disk. Yes, I have cleaned the library. It did nothing. Yes, I have the settings set to Expert mode, although I am no expert yet. I am getting sick of Plex and am hoping kodi will be better for us end users.
It would seem odd if I need to edit an xml file, but I have no problem doing that. (but would then start wondering if they are trying to be main stream or just want to stay a niche product.
I am using this on one of those new ONN 4k pro devices and am quickly becoming a fan after using Shields for a long time. And the price was very nice. Just wish I could buy a second remote for it (the exact same one, not a wanna be)
Version installed is 21.01 from April.
I am hoping there is a way to hide them without deleting the folders (which are completely empty, no nfo.. or anything else except season folders in the show folder. And a few of the posts said they tried that and the show posters came back anyway.
