I have been using Kodi many years for 4K movies on my Nvidia Shield Pro 2019, with external hardrives directly connected to nvidia shield (through USB).
After auto upgrading to v21 (OMEGA), I started having slow pictures on movies (that include 2160p and 1080p movies).
