How to trigger a Library Update when Windows wakes from Suspend or Hiberation?

When Windows boots from cold and auto-start’s Kodi, it easily runs a Library Update, and that’s great.  But is there a way I can also get it do to that after the machine wakes from Suspend or Hibernation?  I’m guessing that Kodi is mostly just ‘unware’ that the system slept and woke, is there something I could do to Windows so, after waking, it sent something to Kodi by API to trigger a library update maybe?
