4K media labeled as SD480 on Linux systems

Hi, to whom it may concern. I was using the Leia version of Eminence for a few years on a Vero 4K+ without any issues. Now I upgraded to Vero V with Kodi 20.5 and installed the latest available compatible Eminence skin downloaded from Github via install from ZIP. The database ist MySql hosted on a Synology NAS BTW. The database was converted without errors and everything appeared to be fine except for one little thing: 4K videos were labeled as “SD480” in various places where the skin displays that little resolution indicator icon. All other resolutions are labeled correctly, it’s just with 4K content that it didn’t show “HD2160” like in my previous install.

However the skin works as expected in a Windows environment. To make a long story short, the solution was to rename skin.eminence.2/media/indicator/resolution/4k.png to 4K.png (note the uppercase K) in the skin directory. The skin clearly looks for 4K.png and on systems with case sensitive file systems that fails because there is only a 4k.png file.
