Cannot connect to Kodi Addon Repository

Tried clean installs of stable v21, v21.1, masters v21.900 on lg tv but I’m unable to install any addons due to missing dependencies. And the download page under addons is empty. Earlier I used to see addons to download but now when I have done a fresh install, I am not able to see anything to download. I tried so many times but had no luck.
