I’ve had kodi running fine for years on a Windows PC and two Nvidia Shields syncing the database on a Synology NAS. Recently I messed something up (I noticed some clearlogo art that was in movie folders was not showing in kodi without a manual refresh so rather than doing that for each item individually I did a rescan on the library source and things went wrong from there). All devices using Kodi 21.1 Omega
Anyway, wanting to start from scratch I did a fresh install of Kodi on the PC, deleted the Kodi\userdata folder and deleted the previous NAS MariaDB 5 databases and created new ones with the NVidia Shields pointing to them. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Kodi on the Shields.
I scan my Video source for media on the PC to populate the database and all looks okay on the PC. The titles and editing the watch status syncs fine across all devices but on the shields there is no artwork at all and when I play a title from the Shield it says ‘file no longer available remove from library’.
Any ideas for how I can get Kodi syncing correctly again please?
