Good evening! I have a Sony A95L TV combined with a Samsung HW Q990C 11.1.4 Soundbar. + the two satellites/speakers in the package I noticed problems on the audio side when it comes to TrueHD/DOLBY ATMOS 7.1. (on audio source 2, Dolby AC 5.1 I do not encounter the described problem
It’s about the ambient/extra sound (rain, bullets, helicopter, animal noises from the forest, etc.) the sound remains unclear/-corrupted? blocked/slower on the additional speakers/satellite but also from the soundbar, the central part more precisely, otherwise the voices are ok. This happens in several scenes; it stays for a longer period (until the extra sounds disappear) and then it recovers, it plays the normal sound but sometimes it returns to the same chunky/choppy stage I tried on another player Nova Video Player (no problems, the sound is played flawlessly in mode 2 passthrough atmos and after 5.1) and the internal one from Sony (based on Exoplayer I assume?) works without problems (without atmos here only 5.1 tested) Nova Player / Sony Media player play the sound without problems (note: extra/ambient/atmos sound etc.) The Suicide Squad 2021 Movie The latest version of soundbar software, the latest version of TV/Android software and the latest version of Kodi.
The TV has a ram memory of 6GB, Kodi displays errors even after the last 2 major updates + the minor ones. (now even the CPU does not give details as % in system info) I also tried a hard reset on the TV/software. I also leave pictures with the audio/video + log settings
