v22 developed problems in the last handfuls of nightlies I couldn’t live with anymore so I installed v21.1 where the problems don’t exist. None of my custom artwork carried over so I’ve spent close to 40hrs customizing them again for v21.1. As always, I’ve copied my entire userdata folder elsewhere for backup after completing my new setup. Now that I’ve finished setting up Kodi 21.1 just how I like it again, I installed v22 just to see if the artwork would carry over. It didn’t. Just to check, I installed v21.1 again. All the artwork is fine. I guess there is something that significantly affects the two.
I don’t want to setup v22 independent of v21.1. I want it to carry over so I can toggle between the two simply by installing 21.1 and v22 back and forth. Is there a .db file(s) and/or other files I can copy from v21.1 to v22 so my artwork customizations carry over? I just want to install v22 from time to time to see if problems were addressed while using it customized.
