Kodi show only one resolution in WhiteList with 0.0 Hz

Hi,

I have installed Kodi 21.1 with flatpack on Debian. In gnome settings I can change resolution and switch between 60 Hz and 50 hz with my monitor :

However when i run kodi it only allows 1920×1080 @ 0.0Hz in whitelists…
