I don’t know if this is the correct forum section, but I have the following question: I have KODI on the Fire TV Stick 4K Max – works fine. I watch movies through my surround system on my TV. All good so far. Now I want to buy a VR headset soon, e.g. the PICO 4 Ultra. It works wirelessly via Wifi 7 (my router supports it).
Is there any way that I can watch the movies from my KODI (which runs on the FireTV Stick 4K Max) on my PICO VR glasses while the sound is playing through my surround system (and I have thus deactivated the speakers of the PICO, because only stereo). It is NOT about somehow getting the movie file onto my VR glasses – here I would only have to copy the movie file to the glasses, which is not the point, because then I don’t use my surround system and I would like to access my KODI library directly without copying.
Sounds complicated? So again: Switch on Fire TV Stick 4K Max, start KODI, I want to watch the movie on the PICO VR glasses by selecting it directly from my library, but the sound should run (via KODI) through my surround system.
Is that possible?
