Favorites doesn't work.

Good afternoon. We have a TOX3 Android 11 + Kodi 21.1 set-top box. It is used only for watching IPTV. After adding TV channels to Favorites and restarting Kodi, Favorite channels stop launching. If you don’t restart, you can play what you created without problems. I hope for help.
